I purchased the ET1810 conversion kit plus quite a few blanks. My order arrived quickly but not as fast as Chris would have liked, blame Australia Post for that one. I had encouraging emails from Chris when I was hesitant to get it set up. I have recently requested a template for one of the blanks that I had ordered and received it electronically within hours, even on a Sunday. I will definitely be ordering some more items from Sublimation Supplies and I encourage anyone to give them a go. The price and service received has been outstanding.
