These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Print Geek website and to all orders, products, services, equipment, consumables and print services supplied by Print Geek.
Print Geek supplies technical printing products, equipment, consumables and print services. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable products, following instructions and checking compatibility before purchase.

These Terms apply to all purchases, enquiries, transactions and use of this website. By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting support or purchasing from Print Geek, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.
This website is operated for the sale of printing equipment, consumables, blanks, machinery, accessories, support products and print services.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, copy, scrape, damage, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, systems, accounts or customer information.

Many products are technical and require correct setup, compatible consumables, regular maintenance, suitable operating conditions and user knowledge.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is suitable for your intended use, workflow, equipment, printer, press, materials, skill level and operating environment.
You are responsible for reading product descriptions, specifications, compatibility notes, policies, instructions, manuals and support material before use.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, you should contact Print Geek before placing an order.
We aim to provide accurate product information, images, specifications, pricing and availability. However, errors, omissions, supplier changes, manufacturing changes, packaging changes and specification updates may occur.
Product images are for general reference and may not always show the exact packaging, colour, accessories, current model version or included items. Where exact compatibility or dimensions matter, contact us before ordering.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, stock errors, product errors or checkout errors and may cancel or refund an affected order where required.
Orders are final once placed, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and any applicable Print Geek policy.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, refund or hold an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect product listing, supply issue, shipping issue or other reasonable concern.
Payment must be received and cleared before orders are processed or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Printers, heat presses, machinery, consumables and production equipment must be installed, maintained and operated correctly.
Warranty, support or return rights may be affected by:
Use of non-approved inks, films, powders, parts, accessories, software settings or consumables may affect performance, compatibility, support and warranty assessment.
Print heads are consumable components and are not covered under standard warranty unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Print head lifespan varies depending on use, maintenance, storage, inactivity, ink quality, capping, cleaning routines, shutdown procedures and environmental conditions.
Consumables and wear items are generally not eligible for return or warranty replacement unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.
This includes, without limitation, inks, films, powders, papers, cleaning products, maintenance liquids, filters, dampers, capping items, wipers, blades, pads, mats, heating elements, press accessories and other items subject to use, wear, contamination or deterioration.
Warranty is conditional on correct setup, correct use, proper maintenance, suitable environment, approved consumables where required and compliance with instructions provided by Print Geek or the manufacturer.
Failure to meet these conditions may void or limit any applicable warranty.

We do not guarantee performance, compatibility or results when our products are used with:
We accept no liability for resulting issues, incompatibility, damage, poor performance, clogging, failure or reduced product life caused by use in unsupported systems.
We do not guarantee specific print quality, output consistency, wash durability, adhesion, curing results, productivity levels, colour matching, production speed or business outcomes.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including user setup, maintenance standards, machine condition, consumables, environment, artwork, substrates, press settings, curing conditions and customer workflow.
Failure to achieve desired or expected results is not automatically considered a product defect.
All print services are produced from the artwork, files and instructions supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for checking artwork before submission, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, resolution, colour expectations, transparency, background, mirroring, bleed and file format.
We are not responsible for customer-supplied artwork problems, including poor file quality, incorrect sizing, low resolution, spelling errors, colour expectations or design errors.
Printed products are not considered faulty where they match the file supplied by the customer, except where there is a clear production defect.
All production, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Delays caused by stock availability, production workload, equipment issues, freight providers, supplier delays, incorrect customer information, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control do not automatically entitle customers to refunds or compensation.

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch to the delivery provider, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, redelivery costs or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Some carriers, including StarTrack, cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Where courier delivery is required, a valid physical delivery address must be provided.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy and any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the technical nature of many products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incompatibility, failure to achieve desired results, opened consumables, user error, incorrect setup or lack of maintenance.
Do not return any item without contacting Print Geek first. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused or unable to be matched to your order.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, you must contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs, packaging evidence and a clear description of the issue.
Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. Freight damage or insurance claims may require external packaging, internal packaging, labels and product photographs.
You are responsible for keeping your account login, contact details, billing details and delivery information accurate and secure.
You must not use another person’s account without permission. We may suspend or restrict accounts where fraud, abuse, misuse, chargeback abuse or suspicious activity is detected.
All website content, text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, layouts, guides and other materials are owned by Print Geek or used under licence unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, redistribute or commercially use website content without written permission.
Where you upload or submit artwork, logos, images, designs, files or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person or business.
You agree that Print Geek may use supplied files only as reasonably required to process, produce, review, troubleshoot or support your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders, services or support where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, illegal activity, offensive material, unsafe use, unreasonable conduct, repeated policy misuse, payment issues or other legitimate business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product or service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, resupply or compensation depending on the circumstances.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including freight delays, supplier delays, natural disasters, power issues, internet outages, equipment failure, industrial action, public holidays, government action, pandemics, extreme weather or other disruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on this website applies at the time of use or purchase unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
