Printers, DTF systems, heat presses, ovens and other production equipment must be installed, operated and maintained correctly. Warranty support may not apply where a problem is caused by incorrect setup, incorrect consumables, lack of maintenance, unsuitable environment, modification, misuse or user error.
Print heads, inks, films, powders, cleaning products, maintenance liquids and other consumables or wear parts are generally treated differently from machines and equipment.
Keep your invoice, serial number, setup details, maintenance records, photos and videos. These may be required when assessing warranty or support claims.

Include clear photos or videos showing the product, issue, error message, fault symptoms or damaged part.

Tell us which inks, films, powders, parts, fluids or other consumables were used with the equipment.
Epson products
Epson printers are different from Print Geek supplied DTF and machinery products because warranty and extended service options may be handled through Epson Australia.
Epson Australia provides warranty information by product group, and Epson CoverPlus may provide additional service and support options depending on the product and eligibility. Customers should check the Epson warranty and CoverPlus details that apply to their exact machine.
For Epson printers, we may help guide you to the relevant Epson warranty pathway, but Epson’s own warranty and service terms apply to Epson supplied products and CoverPlus coverage.
Some Epson products have different warranty periods, registration requirements, service types or optional CoverPlus availability. Always check the specific model warranty.
