Desktop DTF Printer Warranty
Desktop DTF printers, compact DTF systems and converted DTF printers are technical products that require correct setup, regular maintenance, suitable consumables and appropriate operating conditions. This page explains the warranty conditions, exclusions, maintenance responsibilities and claim process for Print Geek supplied desktop DTF equipment.
Desktop DTF printers are smaller than commercial systems, but they still use white ink, print heads, capping systems, dampers, wipers, films, powders and maintenance routines that must be managed correctly.
Quick guide
Please review the key points below before submitting a warranty enquiry.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded, restricted or modified by this warranty page.
Desktop DTF printers require correct shutdown, ink circulation, cleaning routines, regular use and suitable storage.
Print heads are consumable components and are not covered under standard warranty unless required by law.
Other brand inks, films, powders, parts or fluids cannot be guaranteed or warranted by Print Geek unless specifically approved.
Desktop DTF warning
Desktop DTF systems are often used by small businesses, home-based print operators and new DTF users. They may look simple, but they are still technical print systems that need correct setup, compatible consumables, regular operation and consistent maintenance.
White ink systems are especially sensitive to inactivity, storage, capping, blocked nozzles, ink circulation, cleaning routines, room conditions and shutdown procedures. Warranty assessment may be affected if a fault is caused by lack of maintenance, incorrect operation, unsuitable environment or unsupported consumables.
Keep your invoice, serial number, maintenance records, nozzle checks, photos, videos and details of inks, films, powders and cleaning fluids used.
