If I could rate this product less than 1 I would! It is very complicated and does not print to the edge of an A4 sheet of paper. If you want to sublimate a 20 oz tumbler forget it. Save your self a butt load of money. Buy a eco printer and just fill it with siblimation ink. I wish I had its not worth the money. Won’t print the dimension that you choose. Absolutely buy something else. WASTE OF MONEY AND NO SUPPORT!!!!!! I have looked and looked and asked the questions no one can help me seriously not happy at all and I have never written a negative review like this in my life!.
