📝 Preparation

Print your design and mirror your image.
Clean the substrate printing surface using a microfibre cloth or lint brush to remove dust, oils or lint.
Place the substrate with the coated / printable side facing up.
Secure the edges using heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.

🛠️ Flat Heat Press Pressing

Set the heat press to the listed flat press settings.
Position the substrate and transfer correctly on the press.
Press at the listed settings.
Remove carefully when the timer has finished. The item will be hot.

❄️ Cooling and Assembly

Remove the adhesive cover tape from the substrate.
Align and affix the insert firmly onto the substrate.

✅ Tips for Best Results

Align the image so that the cord will be facing the top of the print so the cord will inset from the back.
