📝 Preparation

For templates, mock-ups and image size requirements, please refer to the Design tab.
Print your design and mirror your image.
Remove any protective film or cover before pressing.
Clean the substrate printing surface using a microfibre cloth or lint brush to remove dust, oils or lint.
Place the substrate with the coated / printable side facing down.
This product has 2 printable sides or sections. Align and press each section as required.
Secure the edges using heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.

🛠️ Flat Heat Press Pressing

Set the heat press to the listed flat press settings.
Position the substrate and transfer correctly on the press.
Press at the listed settings.
Remove carefully when the timer has finished. The item will be hot.

❄️ Cooling and Assembly

Remove the adhesive cover tape from the substrate.
Align and affix the aluminium insert firmly onto the substrate.
