- Pressing Pillow bigger than the substrate.

đź“ť Preparation
- For templates, mock-ups and image size requirements, please refer to the Design tab.
- Print your design and mirror your image.
- Clean the substrate printing surface using a microfibre cloth or lint brush to remove dust, oils or lint.
- Place the substrate with the coated / printable side facing up.
- Secure the edges using heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.
🛠️ Flat Heat Press Pressing
- Set the heat press to the listed flat press settings.
- Position the substrate and transfer correctly on the press.
- Press at the listed settings.
- Remove carefully when the timer has finished. The item will be hot.
❄️ Cooling and Assembly
- Carefully remove the substrate from the press. It will be hot.
- Peel off the sublimation paper while the substrate is warm for best results.
- Allow the substrate to cool completely.
- Attach or reassemble any internal mechanisms, lids or parts if applicable.
âś… Tips for Best Results
- Darker designs e.g. Black backgrounds require longer to press in most cases.
- Press using a pressing pillow underneath to avoid bubbling of rear coating.

great product only problem I’m having is that i can only print on to a3 paper and the i have a 1cm border of none printed area that all good but I’m getting small ink splatter i think its when the gas escapes out of the edge off the clocks besides that 100% great product. if anyone has a fix to this would be awesome.

Great size and sublimated well. Only have an A4 printer so had to join my print which was a little challenging. Made the mistake of not measuring and thought it was only 10″ therefore my print was too small. Loved the outcome though, but will print it again to full 12″. More tape next time too. Would love to see some 8″ and 10″ versions please.

Disappointed with the last 2 batches of clocks only because they have moisture in them so when it comes to pressing your image on picture doesn’t work properly just ordered 20 first 2 were awesome then the next 3 had moisture so had too throw them away. If I’m having this problem I’m 100% certain other people are as well. I think I have work out a fix by pre pressing for 60 sec then putting a heavy book on top until it cools down then press your image onto the clock. I did have this problem before it’s been in the last 60 clocks I have ordered. Otherwise I love the clocks and my customers do as well.
