📖 What to know about the DTF Vertical Shaker Oven

This digital powder shaker/dryer is a strong industrial built oven and shaker is designed for large run curing of Direct of Film printing. Our team recommends this oven to be paired with our Iris Pro or Iris Super Pro Printers.

This oven is compatible with printers up to 10 meters per hour. Using A3+ (340mm) film. Complete with an easy access powder tray to recycle powder back into powder dispenser and three heat lamps designed to cure prints effectively at all speeds. The curing oven is built on hinges to allow easy cleaning, maintenance and setup.

The vertical shaker oven is optimised with an automatic variable speed sensor that will increase and decrease the powder shaker and powder dispenser speeds depending on the total powder in the shaker. This will prolong the time required by the shaker during printing to allow even more automation.
