📋 Materials Needed

Sublimation printer and sublimation ink
Sublimation paper
Heat-resistant tape
Flat Heat Press

🔥 Flat Heat Press Settings

Temperature Min:	180°C
Temperature Max:	200°C
Time Min:	70 Seconds
Time Max:	90 Seconds
Pressure:	High

📝 Preparation

For templates, mock-ups and image size requirements, please refer to the Design tab.
Print your design and mirror your image.
Clean the substrate printing surface using a microfibre cloth or lint brush to remove dust, oils or lint.
Place the substrate with the coated / printable side facing up.
Secure the edges using heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.

🛠️ Flat Heat Press Pressing

Set the heat press to the listed flat press settings.
Place a sheet of protective paper on the press.
Position the substrate and transfer correctly on the press.
Cover with another sheet of protective paper.
Press at the listed settings.
Remove carefully when the timer has finished. The item will be hot.

❄️ Cooling and Assembly

Carefully remove the substrate from the press (it will be hot).
Peel off the sublimation paper while the substrate is warm for best results.
Allow the substrate to cool completely.
Remove all hardware from the bag.
Ensuring the buckle is facing upright (pin locator at the top) thread the flat end of the strap up through the buckle with the pin through the oblong slot and back down through the top of the buckle. Gently fold over and make sure holes line up.
From the round end of the strap, thread on the D ring with the flat side facing to the bottom. Locate it between the 2 holes.
Insert chicago screws into the 2 holes, with the flat side facing up. Make sure the D ring is snug between the 2 screws and from underneath, using the flat blade screwdriver provided, secure the screws into place.

✅ Tips for Best Results

Ensure full edge-to-edge coverage in your design to avoid white borders (ensure bleed is sufficient).
If colours look dull, increase time by 5 seconds or pressure slightly.
If the coating looks yellowed, your temperature is too high or time too long.
Store substrate in a clean, dry, dust-free area before printing.
Design to suit where the collar will be adjusted to when worn, to make sure imagery is seen.
