📖 What to know about the 6 Panel Cotton Adult Cap

A structured 6 panel adult cap in 100% cotton twill, made to be decorated. The two front panels are stiffened to hold their shape, with a centre seam down the front, and the 8 cm pre-curved peak carries 8 rows of stitching.

Inside are taped seams and a ribbed sweatband, with embroidered eyelets on each panel and a top button. The back closes with a fabric strap and antique brass slide buckle, adjusting to fit head circumferences from 50 to 60 cm.

Suits embroidery and heat-applied transfers such as DTF. For pressed transfers on the front, a design placed to one side of the centre seam presses more evenly than one across it.
