Cap Adult 6 Panel Cotton Blank - Red [Pack of 25] Description

📖 What to know about the 6 Panel Cotton Adult Cap Pack of 25

25 red 6 panel adult caps in 100% cotton twill, supplied together as one pack. Each cap has stiffened front panels with a centre seam, an 8 cm pre-curved peak with 8 rows of stitching, embroidered eyelets, taped seams and a sweatband, and a fabric strap with an antique brass slide buckle that adjusts from 50 to 60 cm.

Suits embroidery and heat-applied transfers such as DTF. For pressed transfers on the front, a design placed to one side of the centre seam presses more evenly than one across it.

Create print-ready flat artwork only, not a mockup, for Cap Adult 6 Panel Cotton Blank - Red [Pack of 25].

Product type: Cotton 6 Panel Cap Red Pack of 25.

Final artwork size: 1181 x 650 pixels, landscape orientation, 300 DPI.

The visible print area is approximately 1181 x 650 pixels.
Suggested bleed / edge-wrap risk area: left 0 px, right 0 px, top 0 px, bottom 0 px.

This is a design placed on the product, not a wrap and not a full-coverage print.
Supply the artwork on a fully transparent background. Do not add a background colour, panel or rectangle behind the design - the product itself is the background, and anything placed behind the artwork will be printed as ink.
Supply the file as a PNG with a real alpha channel. Every pixel outside the design must be genuinely empty - not white, and not a colour.
Do not draw a grey-and-white checkerboard. A checkerboard is how software shows transparency on screen; drawn into the image it prints as grey squares.
Before delivering the file, check the area outside the design is empty: opened over a coloured background it must show that colour, with no checkerboard, no white box and no rectangular edge.
Do not use fine lines, thin strokes below about 4 pixels, or gradients that fade out to transparency - they do not survive printing.
Keep all important content, faces, logos, text, names, central objects and detailed subjects safely inside the main print area and away from the outer edge.

Do not add crop marks, bleed marks, registration marks, guide lines, borders, template outlines, rulers, labels, measurements, watermarks, shadows, product mockups or perspective effects.
