A great blue glitter glass tumbler made of the highest quality with a gloss finish for sublimation. Can be pressed in a mug press if straight and you have the correct sized heating pad, but consistent quality results will come from an oven.

Please Note: Without the use of a white background, white will not be achievable for sublimation, we suggest using Black patterns for designs and images.

📝 Preparation

For templates, mock-ups and image size requirements, please refer to the Design tab.
Print your design and mirror your image.
Clean the substrate printing surface using a microfibre cloth or lint brush to remove dust, oils or lint.
Place the printed image face up and align the substrate to the centre of the print.
Secure the edges using heat-resistant tape to prevent movement.

🛠️ Mug/Tumbler Heat Press Pressing

If this is your first press of this size substrate or you have changed inserts, complete a pressure pre-check before heating.
Heat the press to the required temperature.
Position the substrate inside the element.
Press at the listed heat press settings.
Rotate and press again at the listed settings to help achieve even coverage.
Remove carefully from the press after the timer has finished. The item will be extremely hot.

🛠️ Oven/Air Fryer Baking

Heat the oven to the required temperature.
Apply heat shrink, heat tape or a suitable silicone clamp.
Place the substrate inside the oven.

❄️ Cooling and Assembly

Attach lid.
Wrap in protective plastic cover and place into packaging.

✅ Tips for Best Results

When taping the seam, tape with high pressure applied to the print ensuring tightness.
Do not press with lid or base attached.
Trim heat shrink to not have too much excess overhanging, it is hard to remove.
