Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, produced, packed, booked for freight or dispatched.

If you created an account or checked out while logged in, you can view account and order details through My Account.

What should I include when contacting support about an order?

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, product details and a clear description of what you need help with.

Are orders final once placed?

Orders are generally final once placed, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our relevant policies. Contact us quickly if you have made an error.

Production and Delivery Times

How long does order processing take?

Processing time depends on payment confirmation, stock availability, product type, order size, freight requirements and whether additional information is required.

Do you offer same-day dispatch?

Where items are in stock and no special handling is required, we aim to dispatch as quickly as practical. Same-day dispatch may occur where possible, but it is not guaranteed.

Are production and delivery timeframes guaranteed?

No. Production, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Do print services take longer?

Print services, gang sheets, transfers and made-to-order work require production time. Artwork issues, file problems, order volume and production queue can affect timing.

Where can I read more about timing?

Read our Production & Delivery Times page.

Shipping and Tracking

Where do I find shipping information?

Shipping information is available on our Shipping & Tracking page.

When will I receive tracking details?

Where tracking is available, it is usually sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

Can StarTrack deliver to a PO Box?

No. StarTrack cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. Please provide a valid physical address for courier or freight orders.

Do bulky items take longer?

Printers, machinery, heat presses, ovens and large cartons may require special handling, freight bookings, palletisation or supplier confirmation, so they may take longer than small parcels.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Take photos of the product, external packaging, internal packaging and shipping labels. Keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, especially for technical products, consumables, opened items, custom print services or incorrectly selected products.

Can I return ink, film, powder or other consumables?

Consumables such as inks, films, powders, cleaning fluids, maintenance liquids and similar products are generally not eligible for return once opened, used or supplied, unless required by law.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

Incorrect product selection is generally not a valid return reason. Please contact us before buying if you are unsure about compatibility.

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact us first with your order number, photos if relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue. Do not return items without approval.

Where can I read the returns policy?

Read our Returns & Refunds page.

Warranty Questions

Where do I find warranty information?

Start with the Warranty hub, then choose the warranty page that matches your product type.

Are print heads covered under warranty?

Print heads are consumable components and are generally not covered under standard warranty unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Which warranty page should I use?

Use the Commercial DTF Warranty for large-format or production DTF systems, Desktop DTF Warranty for compact or converted DTF machines, Machinery Warranty for heat presses and equipment, and Epson Printer Warranty for Epson products.

Does using other brand inks or parts affect warranty?

Using non-approved inks, films, powders, parts, cleaning fluids or accessories may affect performance, compatibility, support and warranty assessment.

What should I provide for a warranty claim?

Provide your order number, invoice, product model, serial number where available, photos, videos, issue details, maintenance history and details of consumables used.

DTF and DTG Products

What is DTF printing?

DTF printing uses printed film, adhesive powder and heat application to transfer designs onto garments and other suitable products.

What is DTG printing?

DTG printing prints directly onto garments. DTG and DTF workflows can overlap with some machines, supplies and maintenance needs, but they are not always the same process.

Do DTF printers need regular maintenance?

Yes. DTF printers require regular maintenance, correct shutdown procedures, suitable environment, correct ink handling and regular use, especially because white ink systems can be sensitive.

Can I use any DTF ink, film or powder?

No. Compatibility matters. Use suitable or approved consumables for your specific printer and workflow. Using incompatible supplies may affect results and warranty support.

Where can I shop DTF and DTG products?

Browse the DTF DTG Printing category.

Sublimation Products

What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation printing uses sublimation ink, sublimation paper, heat and suitable coated or polyester-based products to transfer designs.

Can sublimation print onto cotton?

Standard sublimation does not work directly on cotton in the same way it works on polyester or coated sublimation blanks. Product type and coating matter.

Do I need sublimation ink and sublimation paper?

Yes. Sublimation requires compatible sublimation ink and sublimation paper matched to the printer and product type.

Are sublimation colours always exact?

Colour can vary based on artwork, printer, ink, paper, substrate, coating, heat press settings and workflow. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Where can I shop sublimation products?

Browse the Sublimation Printing category.

Print Services and Artwork

Do you check artwork before printing?

Unless specifically agreed in writing, print services are produced from the artwork supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking files before submission.

What artwork issues should I check?

Check spelling, grammar, size, resolution, file format, transparency, background, mirroring, bleed, colour expectations and layout before ordering.

Can I get a refund for artwork mistakes?

Refunds or reprints are generally not provided for customer-supplied artwork errors, file setup issues, resolution problems, colour expectations or incorrect sizing.

Are templates in the Knowledge Base?

Where product templates are available, they are usually linked directly on the relevant product page rather than stored separately in the Knowledge Base.

Where can I ask about a file before ordering?

Use the Contact Us page and include the product, artwork details and what you are trying to achieve.

Product Compatibility and Support

How do I know if a product is compatible?

Check the product description, specifications and category information. If compatibility is important and you are unsure, contact us before buying.

Can Print Geek guarantee results on third-party equipment?

No. We do not guarantee performance, compatibility or results when products are used with unsupported third-party equipment, modified systems or unsupported workflows.

Can you help me choose a printer?

Yes. Tell us what you want to print, your expected production volume, budget, available space and whether you need DTF, DTG, sublimation or another workflow.

Can you help troubleshoot a product?

Yes. Please provide the product name, order number, photos or video, machine model, consumables used and the steps already taken.
