Rolling DTF Apparel Gang Sheet Builder 580mm Instant Peel Description
📖 What to know about the Rolling DTF Gang 580mm
Our DTF prints which are printed and sent same day if ordered before 12pm. Printed on the DTF Shop Iris Super Pro Max Commercial DTF printer, with premium inks and a 1200 patch Colour Profile with linearisation to achieve the best possible colour matching available in CMYK printing. Click on “Build a Gang Sheet”, place artwork, size, set quantities, and even click auto build to nest your items to make the most of the print area., Click on “Add to Cart” and we will dispatch same say if before 12pm.
Artwork printed as supplied, we will not check/resize or edit your files in any way. We print with a 3 pixel choke (0.0508 mm) lines less than 6 pixels (0.1016mm) will not receive white ink coverage and adherence to garments. Please upload RGB images, not CMYK, if you have CMYK files, please change to RGB, assign sRGB IEC61966-2.1 colour profile and upload a PNG preferably.
We send in a mailer tube to protect prints and not crease the prints.
Simply cut out your desired print, align and tape it onto the garment.
Stay within the CMYK colour range, you will not achieve extreme bright colours that your monitor can achieve.
Do not design with elements that are less than 6 pixels wide (Extremely small lines).
For breathing and best feel, if going on a black t-shirt, knock out the Black content and use the shirt for that colour (leave transparent). For best feel stay away from full solid block designs, whilst our prints are a great feel and very thin to the tough, feel is dramatically improved when the print has open areas.
For best results images should be supplied in PNG, SVG, PDF format. For tech minded printers please use sRGB IEC61966-2.1 source colour profile.
NOTICE: Instant peel is great for quicker production, but you must handle carefully as small prints will easily rub off with abrasion, please be careful when laying down prints and moving.

Turnaround time was fast thank you very much. There were two items on the print that I was unable to use which was a shame. Not sure if they had enough adhesive or if there was a problem with the white ink (which seemed to be more the case.) Not a train smash and those two were added as an afterthought but it would’ve been different had they been for a customer and I was then left with a few short on an order. All the more reason to add a few spares!

I’m always looking for the best quality transfers for my client’s apparel. I gave these guys a go as 5m gang sheets were appealing, but the brightness in colour just isn’t there. Image attached shows my OG prints on the left to the much duller ones supplied by the DTF store on the right using the same art file. Customer support was also poor, I tried calling twice, no one picks up, I emailed and eventually got a response but with no help. I wanted to check temperatures & pressing times I was using were correct, as no information came along with the gang sheets. Weeks later and still no follow up reply to my questions. I won’t be using them again!

Hi, we have always been happy with the service and never had an issue so we were putting our last order down to “christmas frenzy” time. We had to make a last minute 5 hour and 20 minutes round trip to pick up our order of shirts as the payment was over looked on the Tuesday and therefore the order not sent as of the Thursday around 11am. Our batch of prints had a black smear that ran through the entirety of the roll and random blotches through it. It stopped us from using a few and they were christmas orders that we then couldn’t finish and had to dissapoint our customers. I had planned to wait until the new year kicked off to re-order as we are now supplying some orders for free to save face. The other customers fully cancelled and had to be refunded.
