Perfectly suitable for High peak hats with crease at the top.
Remove the current pad by stretching it off the lower platen.
Attach the replacement pad to the lower platen by stretching it over mount.
Using a paper strip or Hat Heat Press Silicone Protective Pad, test the pressure of the pad to the top platen when closed, at front, front sides and sides, you should not be able to remove the paper.
Adjust and move the silicone pad until paper will not pull away from all testing locations.
Bring the press to the pressing temperature for your substrate, will vary upon printing method and material of the hat, some testing will be required or seek out instructions from supplier.
Align the substrate (hat) on the bottom platen with print already placed and secured, apply tension with rear clamp.
Place baking paper, butchers paper or Hat Heat Press Silicone Protective Pad on top of print and press at time and temp required.
