Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the technical nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
- change of mind
- incorrect product selection
- incompatibility with your equipment
- failure to achieve desired results
- user error in setup, operation, or maintenance
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Print Head & Consumables
Print heads are consumable components and are not covered under warranty.
Consumables are not eligible for return, including:
- inks
- films
- powders
- cleaning products
- maintenance liquids
- parts subject to wear
Printers & Equipment
Printers and technical equipment must be:
- installed correctly
- maintained properly
- operated within recommended conditions
We do not accept returns for issues caused by:
- incorrect setup
- lack of maintenance
- environmental conditions
- incorrect consumables
- user error
Print Services
All print services are produced exactly as supplied.
We do not offer refunds or reprints for:
- artwork errors
- file setup issues
- colour expectations
- resolution issues
Claims Process
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- proof of purchase
- clear photographic evidence
- all refunds must be returned within 21 days
- upon receiving your return we will process the return within 2 business days
Remedies
Where required under Australian Consumer Law:
- major failure → refund or replacement
- minor failure → repair or replacement
