Customer Cancellation Policy
Upon ordering, it will join a queue until either be produced or picked and packed.
We are happy to issue a full refund before producing any item/product, this will be completely at Print Geek Group Pty Ltd’s discretion.
Upon product creation process, we will no longer accept cancellations.
Customer Returns Policy
We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to Print Geek Group Pty Ltd.
Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund based upon non satisfactory production or damaged goods. Damaged goods will require a photo of packaging, item and picking slip to be considered, this is to be supplied within 24 hours from the arrival of goods.
It will be at Print Geek Group Pty Ltd’s discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight. Please do not return an item until you have been provided an Authorisation for Return.
Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.
